General Notes & Clarifications
- (First unit) vs. (additional units): Same service, different cost structure. “first unit” = one fixture; “additional units” = multiple fixtures at a discount.
- (Client-supplied) vs. (Contractor-supplied): We either install your parts (labour only) or supply them (parts + sourcing fee).
- (Pre-assembled) vs. (Assembly required): Pre-assembled fixtures are faster/cheaper; flat-pack ones cost more for onsite assembly.

Electricmanbn Terms & Conditions
- Scope of Work:
Prices listed are indicative guidelines only. Actual costs may vary due to hidden site conditions, structural challenges, or unforeseen electrical issues. Clients will be informed of any required changes prior to proceeding with additional work or costs. - Materials & Warranty:
When Electricmanbn provides materials, additional fees for transport and sourcing may apply.
A 3-month limited warranty applies only to materials supplied by Electricmanbn and our workmanship. Materials provided by clients are not covered under warranty.
Clients must report any workmanship or material issues within 7 days of job completion to qualify for warranty rectification. - Multiple Units or Complex Projects:
Discounted pricing (“multiple units each”) applies strictly when multiple installations occur in a single, continuous booking. Separate visits or staggered installations will incur additional charges. - Assembly & Structural Modifications:
Additional fees will apply if significant onsite assembly, modifications, welding, or floor-hacking is required. Electricmanbn is not liable for dust, debris, or minor surface damage from necessary hacking or drilling unless explicitly stated in a separate finishing agreement. - Access & Safety:
Clients must provide safe, clear, and unobstructed access to work areas. Hazardous or obstructed conditions may delay work and incur additional charges. - Payment & Booking:
A deposit or full payment upon completion of the job is required as agreed. Late payments beyond the agreed terms may incur penalties and suspension of future services. - Client Conduct & Co-operation:
Abusive, threatening, or obstructive client behavior may result in immediate termination of service and an instant BND 80 call-out charge. - Loyalty & Simple Rewards:
Quick-Pay Bonus: Clients paying invoices within 24 hours automatically receive a 3% labour rebate, applied directly to their next invoice.
Referral Credit: New clients quoting an existing client's phone number during booking earn both parties BND 15 off their next labour charges. (Limited to 3 referrals per client per calendar year.) - Changes & Cancellations:
Changing job details or cancelling bookings without adequate notice may incur restocking fees or partial labour charges. - Client Responsibility for Permissions:
Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions from landlords, property management, or local authorities. Electricmanbn assumes no liability for work carried out without proper authorization. - Liability & Responsibility:
Electricmanbn accepts no responsibility for pre-existing electrical or structural defects. Any discovered issues may result in additional charges. Large-scale hacking or welding can reveal hidden problems that we do not cover in base pricing. - Limitation of Liability:
Electricmanbn’s liability in all cases is strictly limited to the total invoiced amount of the specific job. We accept no liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. - Dispute Resolution:
We aim for amicable resolution first. If formal legal action is necessary, it will comply with Brunei Darussalam’s legal framework. - Force Majeure:
Electricmanbn is not liable for delays or service failures due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, supply shortages, pandemics, or public emergencies.
By booking Electricmanbn, clients explicitly agree to these Terms & Conditions.
